How long does a typical project take?

Many custom software projects run about 5-6 months from requirements study to go-live. Simpler analytics or lighter web projects can be shorter, while larger enterprise or migration-heavy programmes can run longer. Do you work with non-technical clients?

Yes. Many Trendtive Digital clients are founders, directors, finance leads, or operations leaders rather than technical teams. Our job is to translate business needs into delivery decisions clearly enough for non-technical decision-makers to stay confident throughout the process.

What happens if requirements change mid-project?

Who owns the source code?

Under CAPEX, you pay in larger milestone-based sums and the project is treated as a capital asset. Under OPEX, you pay on a fixed monthly model and the expense may be fully deductible in Year 1 depending on treatment. Trendtive Digital walks through both structures during consultation so you can compare commercial impact properly.

Do you provide ongoing support after go-live?

Yes. Every project includes a warranty period for issues related to the delivered solution. After that, Trendtive Digital can continue through an optional maintenance arrangement covering corrective fixes, patching, and agreed support needs.
