We don't tolerate cutting corners, blame-shifting, or mediocrity. But we also don't tolerate unnecessary bureaucracy, pointless meetings, or work that exists to look busy. We care about output, not optics.

We build enterprise systems for businesses with real operational complexity — multi-outlet retail management, bilingual portals, offline-first POS systems, analytics infrastructure, and digital transformation programmes. These are not toy projects or template builds.

We'd rather you tell a client something they don't want to hear than tell them what keeps them comfortable. Comfortable conversations that lead to bad outcomes help no one.

When something goes wrong, we want to know immediately — not when it becomes a crisis. The person who surfaces a problem and drives its resolution is more valuable than the one who hides it.
Curious over certain
We work across marketing, software, and data. People who are curious about all three are more useful than specialists who ignore the rest. The best work here comes from people who ask why, not just how.

Full Stack Developer — Java Spring + Nuxt.js
Full-time On-site / Hybrid Kuala Lumpur Custom Software

Build and maintain enterprise web portals and REST APIs for B2B clients across retail, property, and SaaS sectors. You'll work on the full delivery cycle — from requirements through to go-live — on systems that run real business operations.

What you'll do
  • Design and develop backend REST APIs using Java Spring Boot — clean architecture, well-documented, production-grade
  • Build responsive HQ web portals and dashboards in Nuxt.js — from wireframe sign-off through to deployment
  • Design and maintain MySQL database schemas for multi-module enterprise systems
  • Participate in requirements study and SRS reviews — your technical input shapes the specification before a line is written
What we're looking for
  • 2+ years of hands-on Java Spring Boot development — not just exposure, actual production systems you've shipped
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design, JWT authentication, and database normalisation
  • Experience with Vue.js or Nuxt.js — or demonstrable ability to learn quickly with evidence
  • Someone who reads code they've written six months later and isn't embarrassed by it

Nice to have: Experience with Flutter (desktop or mobile), familiarity with offline-first application architecture, or prior work on multi-tenant systems.

Digital Marketing & Analytics Executive
Full-time On-site / Hybrid Kuala Lumpur Marketing & Analytics

Manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, and build analytics infrastructure for a portfolio of Malaysian B2B and B2C clients. You'll own performance reporting, GA4 setup, and campaign optimisation — with full visibility into what's driving results and what isn't.

What you'll do
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for multiple clients simultaneously
  • Set up and audit GA4 properties — proper event tracking, conversion goals, and attribution models from scratch
  • Build and maintain client reporting dashboards using Windsor.ai and GA4 data exports — automated, clear, and client-ready
  • Write monthly performance reports with narrative analysis — not just numbers, but what the numbers mean and what to do about them
What we're looking for
  • 1–3 years of hands-on paid media experience — Google Ads and Meta Ads at minimum, with real campaign results you can speak to
  • Working knowledge of GA4 — not just the interface, but the underlying event model and how to configure it correctly
  • Comfort working across multiple client accounts with different objectives, budgets, and reporting requirements
  • Someone who can write a client report that a non-technical MD would actually read and understand

Nice to have: Experience with LinkedIn Ads campaign management, familiarity with Windsor.ai or similar BI connectors, or prior agency experience managing B2B client accounts.

Output matters. If you've delivered what you needed to deliver, how you structure your day is your business. We measure contribution, not hours. The expectation is high-quality work done well — not visible busyness.

Client work sometimes needs physical presence — for workshops, go-lives, or critical delivery milestones. We're honest about that upfront and we set expectations clearly from day one. We don't promise full remote and then change the rules.
"We take on work we can deliver well."
We don't overcommit to win more revenue. That means you'll have enough space to do quality work — not just fast work. The projects we take are ones we're confident we can deliver excellently. Quality is non-negotiable here.
